On Day 1 of Intelligaia’s MVP in a Week workshop, pain points in the current B2B Commerce system were mapped for key personas—sellers, partners, resellers, and stockists. A mini Discovery session identified critical challenges, prioritized new feature requests, and used a voting system to narrow high-impact business use cases. This structured approach guided the rapid prototyping phase, ensuring a user-tested solution within three to four days.

Day 5 – User Testing & Learning: Testing the MVP prototype with real users, gathering feedback, and refining the design to ensure a user-centric, high-impact solution.
